As the weather gets colder and life gets busier during the holiday season it's easy to let our commitment to healthy moving slide. Take the pressure off by doing small doses of movement for 31 days and enjoy a weekly in-person hour long class to support your efforts.
All exercises are easy to do at home or in your work-place. Use these moves when you need a break and can’t get outside. Do just one move each day, or pair with others for a longer routine when you've got more time.
Class registration includes an hour long, in-person class for four weeks, Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm, December 2nd - 23rd, 2021 at Bloom Wellness, Churchville. A printable calendar with 31 exercises and restorative poses is included. Materials to support your daily practice (instructions, pictures and videos) are available within the course platform. All materials yours to access online forever.

Props: No special props required to do these moves where ever you are. Use a chair, a wall, a counter/desktop, and floor space. Bring a mat for the in-person classes.
